1.WEAR THE RIGHT SIZE
The number one mistake women make is probably not having the right shoe size. Have your feet measured when you are buying shoes.
2.THE THICKER THE HEEL THE BETTER
Avoid thin heels. They cause your foot to be in a poor balance.
Kick your shoes off throughout the day and stretch your ankles and toes
4.AVOID THIN SOLES, OPT FOR A PLATFORM
Thin soles will always give you pain. Try a thicker sole or platform which will offset the pressure when you are walking.
5.TRY SHOES WITH MORE COVERAGE ON TOP
The more coverage you have on top of your foot the better. Your feet will not be bother as much.
